The Annual Meeting of the Friends is held in March, when changes to the by-laws are proposed and officers are elected for the coming year. The officers also have a business meeting at 7:00 pm on the second Monday in January, March, May, July, September, and November. All members are encouraged to attend. Members who have attended three out of the last six meetings are entitled to the same vote on business conducted as an elected officer.
